META Mode FRP for Transsion phones (Infinix, Tecno, Itel) 2025

META Mode FRP is a recent method used to handle Factory Reset Protection on Transsion devices like Infinix, Tecno, and Itel. It works best on phones running Android 15. On modern phones with current hardware and updates the method is very reliable. On older or low-end models it can cause problems, so be careful.

How reliable is it?

For most Android 15 devices the solution is about 95 percent safe. Newer models are nearly 100 percent safe. However, older phones with weaker hardware or older boot protections sometimes run into dm-verity errors or hash tree corruption. These errors are known to happen especially on phones with midrange MediaTek chipsets such as MT6761 and MT6765.

Why the problem happens?

The failures seem random. Even when you try the same device more than once, sometimes it works and sometimes it does not. The issue can show up whether you use META mode, BROM, or Preloader. Because the problem is not consistent, luck plays a part. That is why older devices are the main risk group.

Tools and recommendations:

Some tools are considered more reliable than others for this topic. From our tests, tools like TSM are currently among the most trusted for Android 15 devices. Still, the general advice is to use these methods only on Android 15 and on devices you own or are authorized to work on.

If a device supports PL Auth protection with a protection date like 05.08.2024, the preloader stage can still be handled directly by some tools. For many newer devices that only need an ADB enablement step (for example some Android 14 devices), FRP can be bypassed more cleanly even when the protection date is later.Best smartphone
